We're seeking a passionate and experienced Zoho Creator Team Lead

Zenzys is a software solutions company based in Coimbatore. We specialize in crafting custom solutions that streamline businesses' everyday tasks, creating efficient workflows for teams.Do you thrive in leading a team and building innovative solutions with Zoho Creator? We're seeking a passionate and experienced Zoho Creator Team Lead to join our Software Development department in Coimbatore.


Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Customize Zoho Creator Applications:Design, develop, and implement custom applications to meet specific business needs.

    • Seamless Integration: Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

    • Automate Workflows:Optimize automation rules, and enhance business logic within Zoho Creator to increase productivity and efficiency.

    • Team Leader & Developer Coach:Guide and support your developer crew, ensuring projects run smoothly and everyone's on top of their game.

    • Zoho Creator Guru: Become the go-to person for all things Zoho Creator! Provide user support, and training, and ensure data integrity.

    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application development processes, configurations, and user guides.

    • Continuous Improvement Advocate: Stay ahead of the curve by learning new Zoho Creator features and  proposing ways to improve existing applications.


    Qualifications:

    • 3-4 years of experience building applications using Zoho Creator.

    • Be a Zoho pro! Proficiency in Deluge scripts, Zoho Creator workflows, and integrating Zoho products is essential.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

    • Excellent communication (written and verbal) is key. You'll be collaborating with teammates and stakeholders.

    • We value a strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.


    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.

    • Understanding REST APIs and having experience with API integrations.

    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.

    • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
